INDIVIDUALS & SMALL GROUP WORKOUTS
INDIVIDUALS- Let us tailor a workout to your specific needs- from ball handling to finishing, shooting and defense, our trainer will come up with a challenging workout each athlete reach their full potential.
SMALL GROUP- Consists of 2-7 athletes who have a similar skill level. This hour session will cover ball-handling, shooting, finishing- incorporating competitive skills and drills to push athletes to their full potential.
